Introduction to Drying Layer:
Adopting an angular tube structure design, hot air and grains mix and flow, resulting in higher drying efficiency of grains in the drying layer.
Introduction to Grain Dispenser:
The traditional grain feeding wheel relies on blades to scrape grain from the drying layer to the space of the next layer, which is a mandatory way of feeding.
By changing the traditional feeding wheel to a feeding tube structure, the dryer shifts from forced feeding to self feeding during operation. Additionally, by changing the feeding method, the feeding direction is altered, preventing the material from falling directly into the lower agitator and greatly reducing the crushing rate.
Introduction to the lower cone bucket:
The grain hopper rotates, and the grain is poured from the hopper into the lower cone bucket, and then flows to the elevator for circulation.
Carefully designed grain flow angle to prevent grain accumulation, ensuring smoother operation of the entire machine without any blockages or malfunctions.
A bottom grain discharge design has been added here, resulting in higher efficiency in bottom grain discharge.
The lower cone bucket is made of stainless steel, which is more wear-resistant and has a longer service life for the whole machine.

Workflow (Grain Delivery) Introduction:
There are two ways to feed the dryer:
Method 1: Feed the grain through the entrance of the built-in lifting system of the dryer. The grain is lifted to a high place by the lifting system and enters the interior of the machine through the grain sliding component.
Method 2: Through auxiliary engineering equipment, grain flows directly into the machine from the top inlet of the dryer.
The advantages and disadvantages of two feeding methods:
Method 1: Less equipment investment and lower cost, but the efficiency of feeding is much lower than Method 2. The workspace is relatively messy, which is not conducive to later maintenance and upkeep; There is a significant investment in manpower.
Method 2: The efficiency of grain feeding is 1 to 2 times higher than Method 1, the workspace is neat, and maintenance and repair are very convenient in the later stage; More labor-saving.
Workflow (Grain Distribution) Introduction:
After all the grains in the dryer are dried, they can be released from the dryer through the grain release program when needed.
1. Operate the grain release switch;
2. When drying, the direction of grain flow is the same, but when the grain reaches the top of the lifting system, it no longer enters the interior of the dryer, but flows into the lower grain chute;
3. By extending the grain chute, grains can be transported onto the grain conveyor belt or directly onto transport vehicles.
